The aim our study was to conduct pilot study, assessment status patients with benign hyperplasia. Materials methods. included having stage 2 BPH (according Guyon’s updated classification system (n=8)) who did not have clinical morphological manifestations BPH. subjects underwent standard examinations accordance protocol Ministry Health Republic Belarus. immunogram indicators included: main subpopulations lymphocytes (CD3 T lymphocytes, CD4 helper cells, CD8 cytotoxic lymphocytes), ratio Th/Tc, CD19 B level serum immunoglobulins IgG, IgM, IgA circulating immunocomplexes (CIC), as well phagocytic index number. Results. Patients had statistically lower levels number phagocytosed units compared without Furthermore, highly variable results for indices. Thus, Th/Tc ranged 1,3 2,3 units, CIC – 10 more than 300 units. variability obtained allowed us divide into two groups: first group (n=3) normal indices Th/Tc; second (n=5) that significantly exceeded reference values. None concomitant autoimmune disease. Conclusions. dysfunction Even such small enrolled subjects, it possible form subtypes they future phenotypes. aiming at finding disorders should be continued.
